Requirements
- 2 to 3+ years of experience in a customer-facing, technical role.
- Customer-facing experience with a technical product, such as pre-sales, solutions engineering, sales engineering, or technical customer success.

- Strong discovery skills: understanding what a partner needs and judging what's feasible with the product.
- Ability to explain a complex product, including payment methods, sub-products, and the Connect proposition, to both technical and commercial audiences.
