About the Role
We are looking for a Product Manager to help turn Mantle's vision into a product families love. This is a high-impact role for someone who wants to shape a consumer AI product from its earliest days. You will work side-by-side with the founders, design and engineering to decide what we build, why, and in what order. This is a role for a builder. In the early days, product management at Mantle is less about roadmaps and process and more about getting close to families, finding the problems that matter most, and shipping solutions quickly. It's not just about strategy; it's about the unglamorous work of talking to users, writing crisp specs, triaging bugs and making sure nothing falls through the cracks between idea and launch.
Responsibilities
- Build a deep, ongoing understanding of the families we serve and the problems that matter most to them.
- Translate our vision into clear priorities, and make the tradeoffs that keep the team focused.
- Define how our agent behaves, what it does on a family's behalf, and how it earns their trust.
- Take features from concept to launch, then measure, learn and improve them.
- Establish the metrics and instrumentation that tell us what's working and what isn't.
- Shape how product, design and engineering plan, prioritize, communicate and deliver.
Requirements
- 4+ years of product management experience, ideally on consumer products
- Track record of shipping consumer products end-to-end, from discovery to launch to iteration
- Experience working closely with engineering and design in a fast-paced startup or high-growth environment
- Strong analytical skills and comfort making data-informed decisions
- Savvy with AI tools (LLMs, agents), and hands-on experience building AI-powered product experiences
- Early-stage startup experience where you wore many hats
- Experience building consumer products in sensitive, high-trust categories
- Strong product sense and a clear instinct for what matters to users
- Comfortable prototyping your own ideas with modern AI and design tools
- Mission-driven: You care deeply about helping families navigate the complexities of aging
