About the Role
PT Solutions Physical Therapy is a clinician-founded, mission-driven community dedicated to expanding access to life-changing care. As a Physical Therapy Aide, you will play a hands-on role in supporting patient treatments, assisting licensed clinicians, and ensuring smooth clinic operations. This entry-level position offers direct exposure to patient care, observation hours for PT School/healthcare applications, and opportunities for career progression within a nationwide practice. Responsibilities
- Greet patients and assist patients to treatment area as directed by therapist or therapist assistant
- Clean treatment room and prepare room for next patient
- Maintain cleanliness of therapeutic equipment
- Answer and direct telephone calls
Requirements
- At minimum, a High School or GED diploma
- Customer Service experience preferred
- Year-Round Employment Required – This position requires consistent, ongoing availability throughout the year. Seasonal hires are not accommodated.
- Occasional lifting consistent with patient care of ≥ 50 lbs.
- Occasional carrying consistent with patient care of ≥ 50 lbs
- Occasional pushing consistent with patient care of 0 – 300 lbs
- Frequent lifting and carrying consistent with patient care of 0 – 50 lbs
