About the Role
As a Family Concierge, you will perform rounds of the facility, greeting families and offering assistance where needed. You will serve as a key point of contact and a liaison between the family, the patient/resident, and the care team.

Requirements
- High School Diploma or Equivalent.
- Strong customer service and communication skills required.
- Prior experience working in a hospital, nursing home or healthcare background is a plus.
- Bilingual in another language is a plus.
