About the Role
MGC Contractors, Inc. is seeking Concrete, Labor, and Mechanical Superintendents to join our Texas Division in the Austin area. As a 100% Employee Owned Corporation, we specialize in various water and wastewater general contracting services.
Responsibilities
- Develop detailed Project Contract status reports.
- Coordinate the development and updates of project site logistics plans.
- Coordinate the development and updates of project schedules.
- Coordinate the pay request process.
- Monitor project costs and job cost reports.
- Analyze and forecast total cost projection reports.
- Implement and monitor safety for all on-site personnel.
- Monitor project labor.
- Review and approve material and equipment needs.
- Perform any other assigned duties.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- At least five (5) years of experience on multi-functional water/wastewater projects required.
- Passing a pre-employment background check and drug screen is required.
