About the Role
Eataly is seeking a Table Support Team Member to create a high-quality dining experience by ensuring timely meal delivery, table organization, and cleanliness. This role reports to the Restaurant Manager.
Responsibilities
- Greets guests in assigned area, pours beverages, and serves bread and olive oil.
- Runs food from the kitchen to guest tables, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
- Runs beverages from the bar to guest tables and maintains water levels.
- Removes used dishes and silverware between courses and after guests depart.
- Maintains cleanliness of tables and chairs, and resets vacated tables.
- Assists servers as needed and demonstrates knowledge of food descriptions and ingredients.
- Performs other duties as required or assigned.
Requirements
- 1+ year of experience in a fast-paced restaurant.
- Highly organized with excellent time management skills.
- Must hold a valid Smart Serve.
- Availability to work onsite with a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
- Ability to exert well-paced mobility for up to 8 hours, including standing, walking, bending, and squatting.
