About the Role
We are looking for a Guidewire Jutro developer to participate in the design, development, and implementation of modern digital experiences on the Guidewire platform. This role will primarily focus on building responsive and scalable front-end solutions using Jutro, while collaborating closely with Guidewire backend teams, architects, and business stakeholders. The ideal candidate has a strong background in Guidewire Digital, hands-on Jutro development skills, and the ability to thrive in an agile and hybrid development environment.
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and customize user interfaces using Guidewire Jutro.
- Create responsive and reusable UI components adhering to Guidewire best practices.
- Integrate Jutro applications with Guidewire PolicyCenter, BillingCenter, and ClaimCenter APIs.
- Collaborate with UX designers, backend developers, and solution architects.
- Participate in sprint planning, code reviews, testing, and deployment activities.
- Troubleshoot UI issues and optimize performance across devices and browsers.
- Support Guidewire upgrades, enhancements, and digital transformation initiatives.
- Contribute to technical documentation and knowledge sharing.
Requirements
- Minimum of 4 years of software development experience with exposure to Guidewire Digital.
- Hands-on experience with the Guidewire Jutro framework.
- Proficiency in JavaScript, TypeScript, HTML5, and CSS3.
- Experience integrating front-end applications with RESTful APIs.
- Familiarity with Guidewire InsuranceSuite (PolicyCenter, BillingCenter, ClaimCenter).
