About the Role
PureFacts is building a unified data platform by integrating multiple existing products. This role will own the platform's product vision, architecture, and alignment of internal product teams, ensuring it effectively serves both internal and external clients. It's a high-leverage, cross-functional position requiring balance between internal and external stakeholder needs.
Responsibilities
- Define and own the product vision and roadmap for PureFacts' unified data platform.
- Partner with internal Product Managers to understand requirements and ensure platform needs are met.
- Engage directly with external clients to understand their data consumption and platform value.
- Drive alignment across engineering, data, and product teams for platform migration.
- Evaluate and integrate AI tooling into the platform roadmap.
- Define platform APIs, data models, and integration patterns.
- Own data governance and master data management (MDM) across the platform.
- Manage relationships with third-party data providers, defining integration standards and data quality.
- Define the product strategy for core platform services like authentication and user management.
- Establish metrics and success criteria for platform adoption.
- Manage trade-offs between short-term needs and long-term platform scalability.
- Communicate platform strategy and progress to stakeholders.
Requirements
- 5+ years of product management experience, with significant time on platform, infrastructure, or data products.
- Direct experience in fintech, understanding financial data, compliance, and data accuracy/security.
- Experience at a SaaS company, ideally B2B, with knowledge of multi-tenant architecture.
- Hands-on experience evaluating or integrating AI tooling into a product or platform.
- Proven ability to manage internal stakeholders with competing priorities.
- Experience working directly with external clients, translating needs into platform requirements.
- Strong technical fluency to engage in architecture conversations with engineering.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, adaptable to technical and executive audiences.
