About the Role
School and Vacation is seeking Group Leaders to accompany, manage, and supervise groups of students, primarily minors, during study abroad programs. The role involves managing the group from departure to return, organizing activities, collaborating with local staff, and maintaining formal documentation.
Responsibilities
- Organize afternoon and evening activities and/or excursions.
- Cooperate and collaborate with local staff.
- Maintain and complete formal documents related to the study abroad program.
Requirements
- Minimum age of 25 years old by May 31, 2027.
- Excellent English language proficiency.
- Ability to work in a team.
- Strong interpersonal skills with young people.
- Organizational and mediation skills.
- Problem-solving abilities.
- Seriousness and a strong sense of responsibility.
- At least one to two documented experiences as a chaperone.
- Leadership skills.
