About the Role
Lead and mentor young people at Canadian camps and community programs. You will plan and deliver outdoor recreation, support camper wellbeing and help run day-to-day camp life — building leadership experience that stands out on any CV.
Responsibilities
- Plan and lead outdoor and recreational activities for groups of young people
- Act as a mentor and role model; support camper wellbeing and inclusion
- Supervise cabins/groups and manage daily routines
- Support community events, sports days and youth development sessions
- Follow safety, first-aid and safeguarding procedures
Requirements
- Age 18-30
- Background or strong interest in physical education, sport, youth work or community work
- Good spoken English; outgoing and resilient in group settings
- Police clearance required
