  • Build, influence, and strengthen stakeholder relationships that enable collaboration, trust, and successful business outcomes.
  • Challenge the status quo and champion win-win solutions that balance customer needs, business priorities, and inventory management strategies.
  • Leverage data to drive action, uncover trends, identify risks, escalate issues, and implement solutions before they impact customers or business performance.
  • Take ownership of continuous improvement opportunities by developing business cases, recommending solutions, and leading implementation efforts.
  • Influence adoption and execution of inventory initiatives across sales and field organizations through clear communication, collaboration, and accountability.
  • Own inventory health and performance across customer consignment accounts to maximize availability, accuracy, and compliance.
  • Conduct, reconcile, and resolve cycle count activities to maintain inventory integrity and support accurate business decisions.
  • Proactively identify and eliminate inventory risks by managing expired and short-dated product, coordinating returns, and ensuring timely replacement with viable inventory.
  • Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies by identifying root causes, implementing corrective actions, and preventing recurrence.
  • Serve as a trusted inventory advisor to customers, educating and influencing best practices for inventory management, product handling, inventory maintenance, ordering, returns, and replenishment activities.
  • Partner with Customer Care, Supply Chain, and Customer Service teams to drive accurate order fulfillment and deliver exceptional customer support.
  • Support commercial growth and operational compliance by driving completion of Consignment Agreements and Inventory Schedules with customers and field sales teams.
  • Respond with urgency during critical business events by providing on-call support and ensuring continuity of customer service and inventory operations.
  • Engage directly with customers and field teams through regular travel, building strong partnerships and resolving operational challenges firsthand.
  • Champion quality and compliance excellence by adhering to FDA regulations, SOPs, training requirements, and quality standards while identifying opportunities to strengthen processes.
  • Maintain deep product, system, and operational expertise to deliver informed recommendations and effective solutions.
  • Lead process improvement initiatives that streamline operations, enhance efficiency, reduce risk, and improve customer outcomes.
  • Drive accountability for results, consistently meeting commitments, resolving obstacles, and communicating proactively to keep stakeholders aligned.
  • Adapt and execute effectively in dynamic environments, balancing competing priorities while maintaining a relentless focus on business objectives.
