About the Role
myPOS is seeking an Account Manager to support resellers, focusing on innovative payment solutions to help businesses grow. This role is crucial for retaining and expanding our client base.
Responsibilities
- Manage and renew backbook contracts, focusing on retention and minimizing churn.
- Drive upsell and cross-sell opportunities to increase attach rate and ARR per account.
- Onboard new resellers, ensuring successful adoption of the solution.
- Address and resolve customer issues to foster positive experiences and generate recommendations.
- Handle administrative and contractual tasks, including contract signing, CRM updates, and file management.
- Track and report on key performance indicators such as retention, attach rate, and ARR, providing insights to product and marketing teams.
Requirements
- Experience in account management or customer success, preferably in SaaS, fintech, or payment industries.
- Proven experience in managing a client portfolio.
- Results-oriented and customer-centric approach.
- Strong organizational skills, including administrative rigor, contract tracking, and CRM management.
