About the Role
As a Catering & Events Manager, you will oversee all aspects of event planning and execution, delivering memorable experiences that enhance the guest stay through exceptional hospitality.
Responsibilities
- Execute high-quality events by managing event documentation, facilitating seamless transitions, and serving as the primary client contact.
- Create exceptional experiences by designing creative menus and catered events to maximize revenue and elevate the guest experience.
- Grow catering and events market segments by soliciting new client relationships, developing proposals, and negotiating contracts.
- Cultivate client relationships by maintaining strong connections with existing corporate and social accounts to secure repeat business.
- Guide team performance by communicating client requirements, providing direction, and offering feedback and coaching.
