About the Role

The Shipping Associate ensures accurate and timely processing and shipment of orders under the guidance of the Shipping and Receiving Supervisor.

Responsibilities

• Review and distribute pick tickets daily.
• Prepare boxes for assembly lines.
• Pick and add correct accessories and decals to complete orders.
• Verify order contents against picking tickets for accuracy.
• Weigh boxes, apply labels, tape boxes, and load shipments.
• Optimize downtime through cross-training and supporting other production areas.
• Meet daily production and quality goals and deadlines.
• Cooperate with team members to resolve issues.
• Follow safety and housekeeping guidelines.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives.
• Process shipments, verify credit payments, and update inventory using SAP.
• Process domestic and international shipments using commercial delivery programs.
• Work overtime as necessary.

Requirements

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to read, communicate, and comprehend written and verbal procedures and instructions.
• Basic computer skills including mouse and keyboard use, basic navigation, and Windows/Internet experience.
• Previous shipping experience preferred.
• MS Office knowledge and skill is a plus.
• SAP experience is a plus.
