About the Role
The role involves psychosocial support for individuals in substitution treatment and therapeutic supported individual living. Support is provided at the facility and in cooperating medical practices. The facility is centrally located and easily accessible via public transport (U/S- Neukölln). The position is part-time, ranging from 31.2 to 35.1 hours per week.
Responsibilities
- Advise and support individuals with psychological, health, and social challenges with time, patience, and flexibility.
- Strengthen participation in areas where it is not a given, such as interactions with authorities, daily life, or social environments.
- Develop group and leisure activities that facilitate genuine interaction.
- Support substituted clients at the interface of social work and medical care in medical practices and the facility.
Requirements
- A completed degree in Social Work or a comparable qualification is required.
- Interest in regular professional exchange and continuous professional development.
- Strong communication skills and enjoyment of teamwork.
- Intercultural consulting competence.
- Willingness to engage in a limited amount of outreach activities, e.g., in correctional facilities or clinics.

Salary/Compensations
- €49,000 - €57,500 gross per year for a full-time position.
