About the Role
Dragonfly Cares is seeking a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist to cover a leave replacement in an Elementary School from now through the end of the year with the possibility of extension. This is an excellent opportunity to make in-district connections and support school-aged students for the remainder of the 25-26 school year.
Responsibilities
- Provide direct treatment services to the K-2 population.
- Collaborate with other members of the school-based support team.
- Maintain appropriate documentation of all sessions and progress towards achieving the goals as outlined on each student's IEP.
- Other miscellaneous duties assigned.
Requirements
- Valid New York Licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist.
- Must hold active New York State TSSLD.
- Pediatric/school-aged evaluation and treatment experience strongly preferred.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently in various settings and as part of a collaborative team.
- Valid licensure and reliable transportation.
