About the Role
Responsible for providing dining service to all customers in an efficient, courteous, and professional manner, displaying a high standard of customer service.
Responsibilities
- Provide excellent guest service to both internal and external guests.
- Actively support the company culture of creating a fun and entertaining experience for internal and external guests.
- Provide prompt, efficient, and courteous service of food and beverages in accordance with venue standards.
- Perform necessary tasks to service customers, including taking and filling all food and drink orders.
- Assist in maintaining customers' dining areas in a clean and neat manner.
- Continuously monitor customer needs, ensuring all requests are promptly fulfilled.
- Perform as a team member with venue Hosts, Supervisors, Food Servers, Bus People, and Kitchen Staff to ensure a smoothly and efficiently run operation.
- Assist other restaurant personnel with maintenance, side work, and opening/closing duties as necessary.
- Perform all other duties as assigned.
