About the Role
As a Regional Sales Manager in Erfurt, you will actively shape HOLY's grocery retail expansion. You will work closely with a small, dynamic team consisting of Retail Sales, Retail Marketing, and Retail Operations. The position is permanent and offers a flexible remote setup, allowing for independent work while maintaining close team connection.
Responsibilities
- Enthusiastically promote our products in markets and act as our brand ambassador on the road.
- Manage and develop customer relationships in line with company objectives and implement regional sales promotion measures.
- Acquire new customers in collaboration with the Retail Sales Team, contributing actively to our expansion.
- Serve as the market expert, advising the team on sales strategies, market changes, and competitor activities.
Requirements
- Previous experience in field sales, as a Sales Representative, Regional Sales Manager, or initial experience in the grocery retail sector.
- Passion for our products and brand, with a strong identification with our company.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with a passion for sales.
- Valid driver's license Class B, residency within or willingness to travel extensively within the sales territory, or willingness to relocate.
- Completed commercial apprenticeship is advantageous.
