About the Role
The Breakfast Attendant is an essential part of the team, responsible for creating a welcoming and professional atmosphere for guests. This role serves as a primary point of contact, providing outstanding customer service and ensuring a positive experience.
Responsibilities
- Prepare foods such as eggs, bacon, and sausage.
- Stock coffee, juice, and milk machines or dispensers.
- Arrange cold food items like sweet rolls, muffins, donuts, and cereal.
- Clear and clean tables as they are vacated.
- Wipe up spills and maintain cleanliness of appliances and counter space.
- Remove trash.
- Restock self-service food and supplies.
- Wash serving equipment and return it to storage.
- Perform all duties related to the preparation, setup, and service of the complimentary breakfast.
- Comply with hotel policies and procedures.
Requirements
- Must be able to start work at 4:30 AM.
- Ability to stand for extended periods.
- Maintains professional working relationships and promotes open communication with management and team members.
