About the Role

This role is responsible for delivering projects across the European Supply Chain and Merchandising technology landscape, focusing on applications impacted by network and infrastructure modernization programs and cyber compliance initiatives.

Responsibilities

Planning, coordinating, and delivering projects on time, within scope, and within budget.
Leading project delivery from initiation through to successful transition into business-as-usual operations.
Ensuring adherence to established governance standards and project management methodologies.
Maintaining project scope, managing risks, issues, and dependencies.
Producing project reports and governance documentation.
Ensuring all delivery activities align with European PMO standards.
Building strong relationships with stakeholders.
Providing clear communication throughout the project lifecycle.
Supporting the successful implementation of business and technology change initiatives.

Requirements

Proven end-to-end project management experience delivering complex technical projects within fast-paced and time-critical environments.
Experience within areas such as demand planning, transportation, supply chain technologies, or vendor engagement solutions is highly advantageous.
Strong understanding of business processes, change management, and the management of multiple third-party system integrators.
Experience deploying technology solutions across multiple sites.
Experience working with both Agile and Waterfall delivery methodologies is essential.
Confident communicator with strong presentation skills.
High level of proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
Ability to negotiate, build consensus, and influence stakeholders at all levels.
Willing to travel regularly as required.
