About the Role

Responsibilities

Einrichtung, Überwachung und Steuerung der Baustelle und laufende Überwachung der Bauausführung
Erstellung und Überwachung der Bauzeitenpläne und Führen eines Bautagebuchs
Abnahme von Leistungen (ggf. Erstellung von Mängelprotokollen) und Lieferungen
Projektbezogene Rechnungsprüfung, -freigabe und Kostenkontrolle von Bauausführungsleistungen
Koordination interner und externer Gewerke für eine reibungslose Zusammenarbeit im Terminplan
Technische Klärung sowie Vergabe und Steuerung von Nachunternehmerleistungen
Leitung von Baubesprechungen mit allen Beteiligten
Unterstützung der Projektleitung in allen operativen und technischen Belangen

Requirements

Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium als Bauingenieur :in, Architekt :in oder vergleichbare Qualifikation (bspw. als Bautechniker :in oder Meister :in im Bauhandwerk)
Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in der Bauleitung, insbesondere im Neubau - idealerweise im Bereich Holzbau, Modulbau oder Schlüsselfertigbau
Fundierte Kenntnisse in Baurecht, VOB, Bautechnik und Bauleitung
Sicherer Umgang mit Bausoftware (bsp.: ERP, GAEB, MS Project, Revit, Cadwork) und den gängigen MS-Office-Anwendungen
Führerschein der Klasse B
Organisationstalent, Durchsetzungsvermögen und eine lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise
