About the Role
Heidelberg Materials Beton DE GmbH is seeking a Dispatcher for the North-East region. This role is based in Berlin Spandau and reports to the Head of Dispatch North-East. The position involves managing and optimizing the scheduling of concrete mixers and pumps, coordinating deliveries, and ensuring efficient operations.
Responsibilities
- Accepting and systematically recording orders.
- Planning and dispatching concrete mixers and pumps with a focus on efficiency and cost.
- Coordinating deliveries, including agreeing on delivery dates with customers.
- Monitoring ongoing orders and proactively addressing delays.
- Organizing external vehicles and verifying invoices.
- Ensuring data quality and processing/forwarding customer complaints.
Requirements
- Completed commercial or technical apprenticeship.
- Very good German language skills (at least C1 level).
- High IT affinity and confident use of digital systems.
- Strong process-oriented and organizational thinking.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Good geographical understanding.
- Teamwork, flexibility, and resilience in a dynamic environment.
