About the Role
As Regional Key Account Manager within Civica's Local Government business, you'll take ownership of a portfolio of accounts building executive relationships, growth plans, and commercial strategy to position Civica as the trusted partner for Local Government.
Responsibilities
- Owning key accounts - accountable end-to-end for relationship strength, growth and retention across your patch
- Building account plans grounded in a clear understanding of each client's objectives
- Identifying and developing Enterprise and multi-solution (MSA) opportunities across the portfolio
- Growing digital partnerships that support regional growth and better customer outcomes
- Defining how Civica wins in Local Government and Regulated markets, regionally
- Bringing thought leadership to customers, partners and colleagues
- Tracking customer sentiment and turning insight into retention and growth activity
Requirements
- Deep expertise in Local Government and regulated markets
- Strategic account growth, retention and expansion
- Strong commercial acumen and value-based selling
- Executive stakeholder management and relationship building
- Proven ability to identify and convert growth opportunities
