About the Role
You will advise CxO and executive management teams on digital transformation, IT strategy, and enterprise architecture. You will develop and present architectural visions, target states, and transformation strategies across business, application, data, and technology layers. You will develop value propositions and contribute to pre-sales, proposal, and account activities, influencing customer decision-making and investment logic.
Responsibilities
- Advise CxO and executive management teams on digital transformation, IT strategy, and enterprise architecture.
- Develop and present architectural visions, target states, and transformation strategies across business, application, data, and technology layers.
- Develop value propositions and contribute to pre-sales, proposal, and account activities.
- Lead complex enterprise and solution architecture initiatives in customer projects, ensuring the consistency, scalability, and security of IT landscapes.
- Support clients in establishing effective business-IT alignment and developing operating models.
- Moderate executive workshops for strategy development, technology investment prioritization, and technology trend assessment.
Requirements
- Ability to translate business strategies into sustainable IT landscapes.
- Deep expertise in multiple domains (Business, IT, Technology, Operation).
- Cross-domain competencies such as Cloud & Hybrid IT, Application Modernization, FinOps, DevOps, Security, Platform or Integration Architectures.
- Good understanding of sustainable integration of AI technologies in various enterprise architecture domains.
- Sound experience with Enterprise Architecture standards and methods (TOGAF, SAP EAM, SAP Business Transformation Toolchain).
- Ability to analyze, simplify, and transparently present complex structures.
- High communication and moderation skills, especially between business and IT.
- German language proficiency (minimum C1) and English language proficiency (minimum B2).
