About the Role
This role is for a team within the Finance department focused on streamlining operations, promoting AI utilization, and system development. The primary goal is to achieve financial process digitalization using BI tools and other technologies, aiming to improve efficiency, visualize key indicators, and support management decision-making with insightful reports.
Responsibilities
- Propose and lead process improvements utilizing the latest technologies.
- Manage projects related to process improvement.
- Communicate proactively with relevant departments in Japanese and English to ensure smooth operations.
- Organize information and prepare various documents.
- Digitize processes for calculating key Finance indicators and creating financial statements using BI tools.
- Support management decision-making by creating useful reports.
Requirements
- Ability to understand current pain points and propose/execute improvement actions.
- Willingness to demonstrate leadership in problem-solving.
- Flexibility to adapt to new tasks and challenges.
- Business-level English proficiency for communication with overseas offices.
- Business-level Japanese proficiency.
- Experience as a System Engineer, Solution Architect, or Business Analyst.
- Experience in Anaplan development.
- Experience as an AI output quality manager, prompt architect, or AI system integration engineer.
