About the Role
We are looking for an ambitious Accounts Receivable Accountant to support our Accounting team at our headquarters in Berlin. We are also happy to consider applications for the role of Accountant or Balance Sheet Accountant.
Responsibilities
- You will invoice accounts receivable invoices.
- You will book and process incoming payments and direct debit rejections.
- You are responsible for account reconciliation and open item management.
- You will process clarification cases for payments via credit card, PayPal, and other online payment services.
- Dunning is part of your area of responsibility.
- You will work with external service providers in receivables management (debt collection) as well as internal teams such as Sales and Reservations.
Requirements
- You have completed commercial training.
- You have initial professional experience in accounts receivable accounting.
- You have very good German and good English skills, both written and spoken.
- You have good knowledge of MS Office and other ERP applications.
- You demonstrate an independent, structured, and committed way of working, as well as teamwork skills.
- Reliability and honesty are a matter of course for you.
