About the Role
This role owns the delivery process for customer projects, from kickoff to the first usable result. You will manage customer meetings, define scope, and oversee technical work performed by engineers and modelers, ensuring quality through review. Success will be measured by the time to deliver the first usable result and the adoption of a repeatable process.
Responsibilities
- Own delivery from kickoff to the first usable result, including the process.
- Run customer meetings independently.
- Agree on scope and expectations with customers.
- Delegate technical work to engineers and modelers.
- Review technical work before customer delivery.
- Translate business questions into requirements for a model.
- Build or improve a delivery process.
- Set up processes from scratch.
- Provide product input based on recurring project requirements.
Requirements
- Technical background in engineering, computer science, data engineering, logistics and supply chain, or finance with operations research.
- 5+ years of experience leading complex projects from scoping to delivery in industry or technical consulting.
- Experience in project management across multiple parallel projects with various stakeholders and deadlines.
- Experience delegating technical work, including briefing engineers and reviewing results.
- Proven track record of setting up processes from scratch.
- Practical experience with incomplete or inconsistent ERP and Excel data.
- German language skills at C1 level or above.
- Fluent English.
- Existing work visa for Germany.
