Requirements

10+ years of working experience as a Consultant.
Good Knowledge of SAP Defense & Security solution or SAP Logistic solutions (Supply Chain or Plant Maintenance) with understanding of Organization Management.
AI adoption capability: hands-on, day-to-day use of AI tools in consulting work.
Business fluency in both English and Japanese (written and verbal).
Proven experience in cross-cultural teams (Japanese and international).
Ability to lead workstreams and project teams independently.
Remote collaboration with non-Japanese teams.
Willingness to undergo security clearance screening.
Highest level of integrity and confidentiality.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to deliver high-quality work under time pressure and in complex environments.
