About the Role
We are seeking a Receptionist (m/f/d) for our Berlin location, to work in an exclusive office property in part-time (23 hours/week). This is an opportunity for career changers, a mini-job, or a flexible student job in reception and concierge services.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the friendly and central point of contact for an exclusive office property.
- Facilitate the daily lives of tenants through comfort, security, and consistent friendliness.
- Manage shifts independently, act proactively, and bring your personal touch to your unique role.
Requirements
- First experiences in a service industry (e.g., hospitality, flight attendant, customer service, office management, or similar) are welcome.
- Very good German language skills and good English language skills.
- Excellent manners, confident demeanor, and a well-groomed appearance.
- Positive attitude and passion for service.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- High sense of responsibility and organizational skills.
- Simple employment certificate required for hiring.
