About the Role
As a Human-AI Interaction (HAI) & UX Expert at TELUS Digital, you will architect user experiences for AI, focusing on refining its personality, empathy, and logic to transform AI from a tool into a partner. Your work will optimize AI's conversational abilities and build user trust, ensuring technology adapts to human needs.
Responsibilities
- Analyze multi-turn interaction flows to ensure AI maintains state, reduces cognitive load, and provides concise, actionable answers.
- Identify and refine AI's 'Calibration of Trust' by analyzing instances of overconfidence or excessive caution.
- Develop and test specialized AI personas and tones to ensure alignment across different industries.
- Evaluate AI's handling of diverse speech patterns, non-standard dialects, and accessibility needs for global inclusivity.
Requirements
- Minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree in Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), Cognitive Psychology, UX Research, or Behavioral Economics.
- Native-level proficiency (C2+) in your primary language.
- Minimum B1 (Intermediate) level English proficiency.
- Must pass a subject-specific qualification exam and complete ID verification.
- Must provide Year of Birth, Country of Origin, Current Country of Residence, and languages spoken when applying.
