Responsibilities
- Identify relevant use cases.
- Implement solutions from prototype to production.
- Develop the next generation of Data Science solutions for our clients.
- Advance the use of generative and agentic AI.
- Identify improvement and value creation potentials.
- Develop targeted analyses.
- Identify, design, test, and successfully implement data-driven use cases.
- Scale solutions from initial idea to production.
- Maintain close contact with customer decision-makers.
- Ensure successful implementation and scaling of AI solutions in real environments.
Requirements
- Successful completion of a relevant Master's or PhD degree in fields such as Mathematics, Computer Science, Physics, Engineering, or Business Administration.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in Data Science.
- Knowledge in Machine Learning, Deep Learning, or Reinforcement Learning.
- Solid understanding of Generative AI (e.g., Retrieval-Augmented Generation/RAG).
- Initial experience with agentic AI and common frameworks like LangChain or LangGraph.
- Proficient programming skills in Python or R.
- Experience with common frameworks (e.g., Pandas, Scikit-learn, TensorFlow, PyTorch).
- Experience in data aggregation (e.g., SQL, Spark).
- Ability to analyze problems with sharp intellect and creatively and effectively solve them in close collaboration with clients.
- Project-related mobility.
