About the Role
This role will partner directly with leadership on business review narrative and strategic framing, acting as the analytical thought partner to the Retail Ops/Sales Lead. The position is expected to challenge assumptions and shape decisions.
Responsibilities
- Provide daily/weekly/monthly retail performance reporting including sales, traffic, conversion, ATV, UPT, AUR, and labor productivity.
- Independently diagnose performance drivers and proactively recommend corrective actions to leadership.
- Ensure data integrity across SAP/POS systems end-to-end, resolving root-cause issues.
- Consolidate and report market share data and insights.
- Build and maintain dashboards using Power BI and Excel.
- Conduct store segmentation and productivity analysis.
- Lead feasibility and investment analysis for new store decisions, including PER package development and presenting recommendations to leadership.
- Partner with leadership on business review narrative and strategic framing.
- Report on channel-specific KPI and promotion performance.
- Support the Annual Finance Plan with sales forecast and budget input.
- Act as an analytical thought partner to the Retail Ops/Sales Lead, challenging assumptions and shaping decisions.
- Perform ad hoc analysis as requested by leadership.
