About the Role
Join the CMC ANZ Growth Marketing team as a Performance Marketing Executive on a 6-month parental leave contract. Gain hands-on experience across paid search, social, and affiliate marketing, working with an experienced team to drive customer growth and develop your performance marketing expertise.
Responsibilities
- Support campaign optimisation and reporting.
- Collaborate with Brand, Product, and Creative teams.
- Contribute ideas and learn about marketing budget management.
- Develop a deeper understanding of performance marketing strategy.
- Work across platforms including Google, Meta, Reddit, and X.
- Engage with key stakeholders across Brand, Product and Creative teams.
Requirements
- Around 1-2 years of experience in digital or performance marketing.
- Basic understanding of paid advertising platforms such as Google Ads or Meta.
- Proactive attitude, strong attention to detail, and a willingness to get involved and grow skills.
- Eligibility to work in Australia permanently is required.
