About the Role
Join the Me Group Germany GmbH team as a Service Technician in Berlin. We are a subsidiary of the globally active ME-Group, representing brands like Fotofix and Revolution Waschstationen in Germany. Responsibilities
- Service and regular inspection of our machines
- Perform maintenance, repair, and upkeep tasks
- Clean and refill machines with consumables
- Install and uninstall various machine types
- Act as the primary contact for customers on-site
- Implement promotional activities on the machines
- Digitally document all activities via our service app
Requirements
- Flexibility in field service and daily planning
- Completed electrical engineering apprenticeship (e.g., electrician, electronics technician, electrical engineer)
- Qualification and authorization to work on electrical systems (live work or according to current regulations)
- Demonstrable practical experience with electrical systems
- Teamwork and sense of responsibility
- Proficient use of PC and mobile applications
- Residency within the service area
- Valid Class B driver's license and good German language skills
