About the Role
AIプロダクトを開発・運用するチームが、より速く、安全かつ継続的に高品質なAI機能を提供できるよう支援する、AI Platform Engineerを募集します。本ポジションは、個別のプロダクト機能そのものを開発する役割ではありません。AIプロダクトの開発・評価・リリース・運用に必要な共通基盤、ワークフロー、ガードレールを設計・実装・運用し、手作業や属人的な対応を減らしながら、組織全体の開発生産性、運用効率、AI出力の品質と信頼性を高めることがミッションです。
Responsibilities
- MLOps／LLMOps基盤および共通ワークフローの設計、実装、運用
- モデル、プロンプト、Agent設定、評価データ、実験結果、リリース情報を管理・追跡可能にする仕組みの整備
- AI品質評価エンジニアおよびプロダクト開発チームと連携した、評価の実行・回帰評価・リリース判定を支えるフィードバックループ構築
- LLM出力の品質、安全性、一貫性、レイテンシ、コスト、利用状況などを可視化・監視する仕組みの構築・運用
- LLMアプリケーションの変更に伴う品質劣化や安全性リスクを早期に検知するための、テスト・監視・アラート・ロールバックの仕組み化
- CI/CD、Infrastructure as Code、コンテナ／クラウド基盤、ログ・メトリクス・トレース等を活用した、AIワークロードの開発・運用の自動化
- Agentを活用したコード生成・修正・レビューを安全かつ効果的に利用するための、Agent code review、検証フロー、ポリシー、監査可能性を備えた仕組みの設計・実装
Requirements
- MLOps、LLMOps、Platform Engineeringのいずれかにおける２年以上の実務経験
- LLMを活用したシステムについて、開発・評価・デプロイ・運用を支える基盤やワークフローを設計・実装・運用した経験
- CI/CD、Infrastructure as Code、コンテナ技術、クラウドサービス等を用いて、開発または運用プロセスを自動化した経験
- Pythonを用いたソフトウェア開発経験
- ビジネスレベルの英語力および会話レベルの日本語力
- ユーザフィードバック、利用ログ、評価結果、問い合わせ、インシデント情報等を活用した、AI品質改善のフィードバックループ構築経験
- LLM API利用におけるコスト、レイテンシ、レート制限、可用性、セキュリティを考慮した設計・運用経験
- AIの安全性、セキュリティ、ガバナンス、監査性に関する仕組みづくりの経験
- AI Agentを活用したコード生成、コードレビュー、テスト、開発支援の仕組みを設計・導入・運用した経験
- 新しい技術領域において、自ら課題を発見し、プロトタイピングから運用可能な仕組みの導入まで主体的に推進した経験
