About the Role
We are looking for a Product Designer who is comfortable driving projects independently, excels in balancing swift execution with thoughtful contributions, and understands the bigger picture. You will care for our users, ensure your work seamlessly integrates into the overall product, and positively transform lives. You are passionate about raising the bar of design impact within the company.
Responsibilities
- Drive end-to-end product design process from start to finish, collaborating with cross-functional team members to build intuitive and delightful experiences.
- Distill complex interconnected problems and challenges into useful and usable solutions that provide a world-class experience for customers.
- Challenge the existing status quo, understand customer needs, discover areas for improvement, and implement innovative solutions through an iterative process.
- Use flows, mockups, and prototypes to visually communicate ideas and vision to end users and internal teams, maintaining high-quality standards.
- Navigate complex information environments, bringing clarity to chaos with UX and hierarchy senses.
- Manage projects independently from discovery to fruition, balancing scope, speed, and quality.
- Demonstrate sensitivity and intuition regarding elements that impact user experience, including hierarchy, copy, and color.
- Advocate for best-practice design processes, focusing on problem definition and solution design for maximum impact.
- Contribute to product growth through regular reviews.
- Work within an international design team, contributing to design growth, culture, and efficiency.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of product/UX design experience.
- Experience building in-house products and iterations (web and app).
- Experience in the B2B SaaS industry preferred.
- Strategic product and design thinking, comfortable dealing with trade-offs with stakeholders.
- Analytical, logical, and process-driven with the ability to simplify complex situations.
- Excel in building integrated experiences.
- Excellent visual and copy senses.
- Passionate, curious with a strong desire to keep learning.
- Attention to detail.
- Proficient with design tools like Figma.
- Experience growing design systems.
