About the Role
As a Field Service Engineer at Roche, you will be responsible for the installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of our diagnostic equipment, including immunoassay, biochemistry, genetic, and pathology testing devices. You will also provide operational training to users, manage maintenance schedules, create service reports, and handle maintenance contract closures and billing.

Requirements
- Knowledge of equipment maintenance and field service
- Relevant experience (industry not specified)
- Valid driver's license and driving experience
- Willingness to relocate nationwide
- Customer communication skills
- Experience in communication and coordination with relevant parties
- Experience handling in-vitro diagnostic equipment in the medical device or diagnostic reagent industry
- Knowledge of network-related matters
- Experience as a Medical Engineer (ME) in a hospital setting
- First-class driver's license

Salary/Compensations
- Base salary: ¥300,000/month (negotiable based on ability and experience)
- Fixed overtime allowance: ¥51,936/month (for 20 hours of overtime)
