About the Role
Lotis Blue, now part of SullivanCotter, Inc., helps clients grow and transform organizations using behavioral and data science. This role involves working with client delivery teams to understand challenges, develop solutions, and analyze data to generate actionable insights.
Responsibilities
- Work directly with client delivery teams to understand client business challenges, identify root causes, and develop tailored solutions
- Develop hypotheses and conduct quantitative and qualitative analyses to test them
- Manage data requests, including acquisition, cleaning, and transformation
- Analyze data to generate actionable insights and present these to clients in clear, impactful deliverables
- Contribute to problem-solving and ideation sessions, providing valuable insights to drive meaningful results
Requirements
- On track to graduate in 2028 with an undergraduate degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Engineering, Economics, or a related analytical field
- Proficient in Python, SQL, and data visualization tools such as Power BI or Tableau
- A critical thinker and problem solver with strong verbal and written communication skills
- Unable to consider applicants who currently or in the future will require sponsorship to legally work in the United States
