About the Role
Olympia Moving & Storage, a rapidly growing high-end relocation company, is seeking a Residential Sales Executive for our Austin TX area location. The position includes a competitive base salary, unlimited commission potential, a generous benefits package and bonus opportunities. Expect to earn between $70k and $100k between salary and commission.
Responsibilities
- Owning the company's relationship with the customer.
- Problem solving to ensure client satisfaction.
- Leveraging marketing initiatives and database to develop business.
- Supplying management with feedback on customer needs, problems, and interests.
Requirements
- A Bachelor's degree in Sales, Marketing, Business, or related field preferred.
- Successful completion of coursework in sales techniques, marketing, and communication may be advantageous.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, teamwork, and customer service skills.
- Time management and organizational skills are key to success.
- An ability to quickly adapt to new technology and systems.
- A minimum of 2 years of successful sales experience, preferably in the services sales industry.
- Reliability, attentiveness, and professionalism are essential.
