About the Role
Nxt Legaci Gaming is seeking enthusiastic, reliable, and customer-focused individuals to join our team as Full-Time Sales Associates in Times Square. We specialize in trading card games, collectibles, gaming, and community events, and are looking for motivated individuals who enjoy a fast-paced retail environment and share our passion for gaming, collectibles, and pop culture.
Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service and assist customers with purchases, product recommendations, and inquiries.
- Operate point-of-sale systems and accurately process transactions.
- Maintain clean, organized, and visually appealing retail displays.
- Restock merchandise, organize inventory, and assist with product launches.
- Stay informed about new products, promotions, tournaments, and store events.
- Assist with trading card pricing, inventory management, and product evaluations as needed.
- Support tournaments, meet & greets, and other in-store activations.
- Follow all company policies, procedures, and operational standards.
Requirements
- Previous retail or customer service experience preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Reliable, punctual, professional, and detail-oriented.
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Willingness to learn about trading cards, collectibles, and gaming products.
- Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
