  • Ensure campaign documentation, budgets, schedules and platform information remain accurate and current.
  • Support the resolution of discrepancies between planned, booked, invoiced and delivered media activity.
  • Oversee campaign reporting, post-campaign analysis and the translation of delivery insights into future planning.
  • Partner with Technology and Operations teams to improve automation, connectivity and operational efficiency.
  • Champion the use of data and technology to create faster, more transparent implementation processes.
  • Build productive working relationships with media owners, platform partners and technology providers.
  • Coordinate campaign requirements, specifications, deadlines and delivery expectations with external partners.
  • Support negotiations and value delivery across relevant media channels.
  • Ensure agreed pricing, placements and campaign commitments are accurately reflected in implementation.
  • Work with partners to resolve delivery issues and identify opportunities for innovation.
  • Lead implementation specialists working across traditional, digital and biddable media.
  • Establish clear responsibilities and ways of working across multidisciplinary teams.
  • Coach team members and support the development of technical and operational capability.
  • Create an environment of accountability, collaboration and continuous improvement.
  • Promote high standards of accuracy, communication and campaign management.
