About the Role

As the Marketing Manager, Professional & Referral Growth, ANZ, you will strengthen connections between healthcare professionals, hearing partners, and individuals who could benefit from implantable hearing solutions. You will integrate professional marketing, referral growth, and product portfolio marketing to translate customer insights and business priorities into actionable strategies, driving referral and adoption across Australia and New Zealand. This role involves developing integrated campaigns in collaboration with Marketing, Sales, Clinical, Medical Affairs, and Engagement teams to enhance professional engagement, support candidate identification, and guide individuals through their hearing journey. This is an individual contributor position with significant scope and influence, focusing on leadership through expertise and relationship-building rather than direct people management.

Responsibilities

  • Build integrated Professional marketing programs that strengthen healthcare professional engagement and influence referral behaviour.
  • Partner closely with Sales to identify and activate referral-growth opportunities.
  • Lead ANZ product portfolio marketing, including local launch planning, market activation and product adoption.
  • Use customer, market, referral and performance insights to prioritise opportunities and optimise activity.
  • Work across ANZ, APAC and Global teams to turn broader strategies into locally relevant action.

Requirements

  • A degree in Marketing, Business or a related discipline, with at least five years’ progressive marketing experience.
  • Experience in B2B or professional marketing, market development, category development or another complex customer environment.
  • A track record of translating marketing strategy into integrated programs that influence customer behaviour and deliver measurable outcomes.
  • Strong experience partnering with Sales and cross-functional teams to turn customer, market and referral opportunities into action.
  • Commercial acumen, including experience assessing opportunities and managing budgets and investment.
  • Confidence using customer, campaign, referral and performance data to inform decisions and optimise activity.
  • Experience using digital marketing and CRM to deliver targeted customer engagement, including audience segmentation, multi-channel campaigns and nurture programs.
  • The ability to lead complex cross-functional initiatives and influence stakeholders without formal authority.
  • Strong communication skills, including the ability to translate technical, clinical or evidence-based information into clear and effective customer-facing marketing.
