About the Role
Join Sephora's Parramatta team as a Seasonal Retail Assistant (Beauty Advisor) on a Fixed-Term, Casual basis. This role is an opportunity to share your passion and knowledge at a leading global beauty retailer.
Responsibilities
- Inspire and help customers become the best version of themselves.
- Work across all departments including beauty, skincare, haircare, and wellness.
- Help customers discover Sephora's offerings.
- Provide a welcoming environment to listen and embrace customer needs.
- Help customers discover the features and benefits of our CRM program.
- Share knowledge with and learn from the team of Beauty Advisors.
- Participate in cross-training and attend in-store beauty expert training sessions.
- Share knowledge with your team of Beauty Advisors and Sephora customers.
Requirements
- Enjoy creating an amazing customer experience.
- Be a keen observer of new products and the latest beauty trends and techniques.
- Have previous Sales experience in a retail or customer facing environment.
- Have excellent interpersonal skills to build relationships with clients and fellow team members.
- Provide 3 full days of availability across key trading times, including late-night and weekend availability.
