About the Role
As a Product Manager, you will be at the forefront of transforming how financial services are delivered and experienced. Join a dynamic team of innovative product leaders dedicated to crafting cutting-edge digital solutions that empower both clients and advisors. You will own the end-to-end product lifecycle, from strategic vision and detailed specifications to flawless execution, rigorous user testing, and relentless focus on key performance metrics.
Responsibilities
- Define and execute the product lifecycle from insight to execution.
- Translate market research and client/advisor insights into a product vision and roadmap.
- Collaborate with UX/UI designers to ensure high-quality, intuitive user experiences.
- Define and develop seamless customer journeys.
- Partner with Advisors, Technology, Design, Marketing, Legal, and Compliance teams.
- Leverage analysis, user research, and experimentation to inform product decisions.
- Own the product backlog, prioritize features, and articulate requirements to development teams.
- Manage project execution from concept to launch.
- Develop and communicate product roadmaps.
- Represent the Product Team in client engagements.
- Build consensus across diverse stakeholders.
- Drive ROI-driven business cases.
- Stay ahead of industry trends.
- Integrate innovative concepts into product offerings.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree required.
- 5+ years of proven Product Management experience in a fast-paced, agile product development environment.
- Experience launching major new products in a commercial setting.
- Strong understanding of financial services and wealth management.
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to extrapolate complex business needs into actionable product requirements.
- Proven ability to drive alignment across senior business stakeholders and global teams.
- A genuine passion for solving customer problems and delivering intuitive, user-centric designed product experiences.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and attention to detail.
