About the Role
Convene Rathbone is opening in Spring 2027 as a new Meetings & Events destination in London. This venue will combine Convene’s signature hospitality with industry-leading production capabilities to create a new standard for experiential events. As a member of the opening team, you will play a key role in shaping the culture, guest experience, and long-term success of this exciting new venue.
Responsibilities
- Lead overall daily operations, team performance, and strategic growth for our landmark new location.
- Drive end-to-end planning and seamless execution for our largest, high-profile corporate clients and brand showcases.
- Guide floor teams on event days to ensure faultless service delivery, high standards, and guest satisfaction.
- Coordinate details, client logistics, and cross-functional venue teams to bring complex, bespoke event concepts to life.
