About the Role

We acquire property management companies and develop the software they use daily. We are looking for a Product Manager who wants to understand and solve these problems. You will go to users, identify common needs across multiple companies, and translate your findings into clear priorities and concrete product improvements. You will work closely with Engineering and Design.

Responsibilities

  • Observe work in our property management companies and identify problems not yet reached through support requests or online feedback.
  • Compare processes between companies and identify improvements with the greatest benefit.
  • Connect individual projects with a clear product direction, justify priorities, and make them understandable to the team.
  • Research alternatives, develop proposals, and think through user flows together with Engineering and Design.
  • Understand how properties, units, owners, documents, and other data are connected and the consequences of changes.
  • Deliver the appropriate level of detail for a project, clarify open questions during development, and check after release if the improvement is well-received.
  • Use tools to investigate product behavior, try out ideas, build prototypes, and support tests.

Requirements

  • Experience with software for real-world workflows, e.g., ERP, Supply Chain, HR, CRM, or other complex business processes.
  • Understanding that software must consider existing workflows and frameworks.
  • Precise questioning, going beyond the initial request to find the actual problem to be solved.
  • Ability to turn an unclear starting situation into a clear direction, sensible priorities, and understandable user flows.
  • Ability to understand relationships between data and the impact of changes.
  • Practical technical and AI competence: ability to investigate a system with tools and build a prototype. Delivering production-ready code independently is not expected.
  • Self-responsibility and teamwork: contribute clear suggestions, allow them to be questioned, and develop a better solution with others.
  • Pragmatic approach: cope with uncertainty, delve into details, and advance things in a small team.
  • Curiosity and ability to familiarize yourself with the world of property management.
  • Experience in an early-stage startup can be a good indicator, but we are open to different backgrounds.
