About the Role

We are seeking a Senior Conversion Design Analyst who combines expertise in both design and data analysis. You will identify user problems using qualitative and quantitative data, design product solutions, formulate hypotheses, build and execute experiments, and analyze the results. This role involves working within a product delivery team focused on user growth, collaborating with business stakeholders and engineers, and contributing to a community of like-minded analysts.

Responsibilities

Design experiences grounded in real user needs and neighborhood life, ensuring high usability and measurable value.
Frame and explain real problems by digging into quantitative and qualitative data.
Design, run, and analyze experiments, making clear decisions on next steps, including reporting unsuccessful tests.
Engage directly with users to understand their needs beyond experiment data.
Direct AI in design processes, ensuring quality and focusing human effort on complex thinking.
Advocate for removing features or elements that do not add sufficient value.

Requirements

Practice in product design and analytics, with a background in either field and a passion for the other.
Experience running end-to-end experiments, including hypothesis setting, variant design, metric selection, analysis, and decision-making (ship, kill, iterate).
Technical know-how and experience with A/B testing tools for experiment setup and evaluation.
Ability to construct dashboards for specific problem spaces.
Sufficient data literacy to independently query data using SQL and identify insights and opportunities.
Statistical literacy, including understanding Bayesian vs. frequentist approaches and power analysis.
Attention to detail and a commitment to craft, designing intuitive and high-quality experiences.
Ability to present work clearly, defend decisions, and communicate effectively in front of an audience.
Fluency with AI tools for design and analysis.
Excellent English communication skills for an international team.
