The Customer Service Associate handles all post-order inquiries via telephone, email, or chat, aiming for customer satisfaction through timely and professional responses.
Responsibilities
- Responds to customer inquiries regarding the status of placed orders, billing, and shipping issues.
- Handles all questions relating to RMAs, pricing issues, carrier claims, order modifications, and all other post-order issues.
- Gathers all necessary information for inquiries requiring further follow-up and coordinates with support associates as needed.
