About the Role
Join our team as a Complex Claims Casualty Claims Adjuster and play a key role in delivering outstanding claims management solutions. This role offers the flexibility of fully remote work for UK-based applicants.
Responsibilities
- Manage a diverse portfolio of local authority public and employer liability claims, covering property damage, personal injury, and officials’ indemnity.
- Assess liability, evaluate claims, and negotiate fair settlements.
- Build strong relationships with clients, brokers, suppliers, insurers, and claimants.
- Provide guidance and expert advice to clients throughout the claims process.
- Mentor junior team members.
- Identify opportunities to enhance processes and improve efficiency.
Requirements
- Experience in handling high-value local authority employer liability (EL) and public liability (PL) claims.
- Solid understanding of insurance principles and regulatory compliance.
- Skilled in managing workload, staying organized, and meeting deadlines.
- Detail-focused and confident in assessing liability and quantum across a range of claims.
