Responsibilities
- Take the lead on pension projects and events, ensuring seamless execution.
- Process and check calculations.
- Prepare detailed reports.
- Keep stakeholders informed.
- Support the Principal when needed.
- Communicate with stakeholders through email, calls, and meetings.
- Prepare and check member correspondence and client reports.
- Collaborate with team members and support teams.
- Help improve processes by participating in post-project reviews.
Requirements
- Experience in Final Salary Pension scheme administration.
- Solid understanding of scheme rules, regulations, and GMP work.
- Strong analytical skills, particularly with data.
- Proficiency in Excel.
- Right to work in the UK.
